With Summer NAMM just finishing up last weekend (in the USA) we take a look at 3 of the announcements that got us excited here at Noisegate. From bass gear to guitar cases there was something for every muso at the show, some great new products from ENKI, Aguilar and Kemper are covered below. Let’s take a look!

Aguilar SL 210 

The ever-popular ‘SL Series’ by Aguilar has been a staple in the light-weight cabinet category for bassists worldwide. The New York bass crew dropped the 210 configurations at NAMM and it has been received very well across the board. Available in both 4 & 8 ohms this modular treat will complement any rig and can easily stand its own as a singular option in most gigging environments. Coming in at a 15kg lift, this becomes the perfect option for those looking for practical lightweight rigs.

ENKI 2 XL / Acoustic Dual Cases

From just landing in the Australian market this year, we see a very welcome further addition from the case-masters ENKI. Two new cases were launched bringing the total offering to four units at ENKI. The ‘ 2 XL’ is designed to house two larger-bodied/semi-hollow guitars, with a wider/deeper construction you can travel with your 335/jazz style guitars as you would with the standard model. The second case is the acoustic model, something the punters have been asking ever since its inception and now they have it…

Kemper ‘Stage’ Floor Pedal    

Kemper has just announced a floor pedal version of their super successful profiling range. The Kemper ‘Stage’ is set to be the most powerful floor unit packed with features you would find on Kemper’s previous models plus more.
