Unboxing and First Look at the New JBL EON ONE Compact Portable PA System

Browse By

JBL Professional have just announced the brand new JBL EON ONE Compact, that we were lucky enough to get our hands-on. This new PA system joins the already popular EON ONE family, but rather than being a portable linear array style system, the Compact is an incredibly small form factor, one-box PA packing a serious punch, bucket loads of headroom and of course, battery power.

The EON ONE Compact boasts a 4-channel digital mixer which includes 2x XLR/1/4” combo inputs, 1x 1/4” Hi-Z input for guitars and 3.5mm Aux or Bluetooth connections for music playback. Phantom power is available for condenser mics and the built-in ducker will suit presenters/instructors needing dynamic control between voice and music playback.  Bluetooth control is available also via the EON Control app, where more parameters such as EQ, effects and presets, available for IOS and Android devices.

Putting out a whopping 112dB SPL via an 8-inch woofer and 1-inch tweeter low end extending down to 37.5Hz the EON ONE Compact ticks many boxes for those in need of a compact, all-in-one battery-powered system. Weighing in at 8kg, it won’t break your back either.
