Seymour Duncan 30-Day Exchange Program is an exchange program in Australia for pickups purchased and installed by an authorised Seymour Duncan Service Centre, where a customer is entitled to one exchange within 30 days of installation if they are not satisfied with its performance.
Keep in mind that labour costs are extra and are not included in the program, so have a quick dive into the T&Cs below and check your local Seymour Duncan dealer to see if they are a participating dealer.

Terms & Conditions
As part of the Seymour Duncan Authorised Service Centre initiative, participating dealers are proud to offer an extended 30-day exchange program to help you find the perfect tone.
Exchange Eligibility
• This program allows one (1) exchange only per eligible purchase.
• Exchange must be completed in-store at the Authorised Service Centre where the original purchase was made.
• Exchange is only valid within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Exchange must be for another Seymour Duncan pickup of equal or lesser value. If upgrading, the price difference must be paid.
Exclusions & Limitations
• Custom Shop and Shop Floor Custom pickups are not eligible for exchange.
• Pickups that show physical modifications (e.g., altered wiring, tape removal, damaged baseplates) or excessive cosmetic damage cannot be exchanged.
• Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.
