A Weekend of Music Making with Ableton Loop

Last month we learned that everyone’s favourite Ableton love-fest ‘Loop Summit 2020’ has been postponed until April 2021, but that doesn’t mean you need to cancel your Loop Weekend plans. Ableton have used the opportunity to take a different, more pandemically appropriate approach with ‘A Weekend of Music Making’ or ‘A little bit of Loop, wherever you are.

The global event promises not only inspirational live streams and performances from the likes of Rachel K Collier and Andrew Huang, but also daily musical challenges for those playing along at home. Head to the event’s official page for the daily schedule and be sure to share your creations along the way. Granted, the daily live stream times of 3:00 am and 5:00 am AEST may not be perfectly suited to those of us living down under, the event looks to be an amazing one-off opportunity and just the thing to keep your creativity going until April 2021.
