Heads up people, Arturia is coming in hot with the third edition of their FX Collection bundle. The FX Collection 3 bundles 26 FX plug-ins containing everything from vintage delays, preamps and EQ’s emulations to many Arturia original FX like the recently released Efx Fragments and Tape Mello-Fi.
The new edition features 4 new FX, Dist OPAMP-21 inspired by the SansAmp guitar pedal, Dist TUBE-CULTURE emulating the Culture Vulture value distortion, Efx FRAGMENTS granular synthesis effect, and Tape MELLO-FI emulating the lo-fi warmness of the Mellotron. FX Collection 3 follows their recent announcement of the V-Collection 9 bundle. Here’s the low down from Arturia:
Dist TUBE-CULTURE – Get modernized valve saturation in a few clicks with this virtual reimagining of a certified studio classic, designed to breathe harmonic life and sprinkle color onto any sound.
Dist OPAMP-21 – An audio saturation effect inspired by a ‘go direct’ guitar pedal turned production cult classic, fusing gritty tube-like harmonics and high-gain crunch into an enhanced plugin.
Efx FRAGMENTS – Instantly elevate any project with glitchy stutters, grainy stereo ambience, experimental textures, and beyond with next-level granular processing. Divide, transform, and rebuild any sound.
Tape MELLO-FI – Bring an instant chill atmosphere and vintage tape-aged warmth to any sound. An easy-to-use plugin featuring a straightforward preamp, modulation, and filter/output sections for sublime lo-fi vibes.
Oversampling – Both Dist OPAMP-21 and Dist TUBE-CULTURE feature Oversampling, offering two modes of operation: ‘Live’, which offers supreme low-latency performance and lower CPU usage, and ‘Studio’, which slightly increases CPU usage for higher quality audio.
A/B comparison – Now users can quickly compare two distinct configurations of each effect. Whether it’s an existing preset, and edited preset, or totally custom settings, easily switch and copy configurations between A and B.
Improved interfaces – Every effect in FX Collection 3 has had an interface overhaul for a better workflow, providing streamlined performance, easier preset browsing, smoother loading times, and more.
FX Collection 3 now includes 26 titles, including saturation, granular, mix bus, modulation, compression, delay, reverb, preamps, and filters.
