The new PolyBrute 12 synthesizer from Arturia builds on its predecessor’s reputation for power and expressiveness. Featuring an expanded 12-voice architecture and unique FullTouch® technology polyphonic keyboard, it offers even more control and possibilities for expansive sound design. The patented FullTouch® keybed promises to be something quite different as it captures the precise position and acceleration of each key, enhancing dynamic aftertouch responsiveness.
PolyBrute 12 introduces three aftertouch modes, providing detailed control. Each of these Aftertouch models responds differently to the new Full Touch Keybed. Along side the Morphee and Ribbon controller from the first Polybrute, the amount of in-the-moment expressive playing that you can achieve seems to be on another level. How intuitive the new Fulltouch keyboard is to players remains to be seen.
Along with Brute oscillators, an intuitive interface, a modulation matrix, and an advanced software companion, PolyBrute 12 represents a significant advancement in Arturia’s analog synthesis products. We loved the first Poybrute and this new 12 voice model looks to be even more crazy and deep in its potential as both a performance synth and sound design tool. We can’t wait to open one up and dive into what It can do.
