Oscillator Sink has made a super handy online patch editor for Korg’s Volca Drum synthesiser. The editor is free to use and gives you control of all parameters of both layers across all 6 available parts. It also includes control over the Waveguide resonator effect. Once you have made a patch you are happy with, simply give it a name and then save it as a kit to your Volca Drum, you can even create patch links you can share patches with other users. This doesn’t take any of the fun away from making or editing patches from the Volca hardware, but it does give you a much more precise method of designing sounds from scratch using a simple interface.
