Karanyi Sounds Release Continuo, A Stunning Cinematic Guitar-based NI Kontakt Instrument

Karanyi’s new Continuo instrument is a complex texture instrument for the Native Instruments Kontakt software sampler,  all sampled from experimental ambient guitar and pedal chains — ideal for creating endless pads, unusual soundscapes, characteristic atmospheres and experimental sublayers.

This is the first release of Karanyi Sounds’ cinematic series with their brand new Layer Designer Engine where you can edit, modulate and mix up to 4 individual Instrument Modules at the same time. The instrument was created in collaboration with Hungarian producer IAMYANK, who provided the guitar work playing through equipment like Roland Dimension D, Studer A800, Pultec EQP-1, UAD RAW, Strymon Deco / BigSky and Eventide Blackhole. The result is downright gorgeous, and really does speak for itself — check out the preset showcase below.

Continuo is available now for an introductory rate of US$39, Native Instruments Kontakt Sampler 5.7.3 or above is required.
