Renowned bass amplifier and pedal, aficionados Aguilar have just released what all bass players have been asking for, a new analog AG Bass Preamp and DI Pedal. Aguilar has developed the AG Preamp pedal in line with its renowned AG series of amplifiers for tight, fast response and extensive tonal flexibility,
It boasts a 4-band EQ, to sculpt your tone adapting to any musical genre or playing style. As with the AG series of amps you can achieve warm and punchy tones to bright and articulate. There are foot-switchable broadband “deep” and “bright” controls that further enhance your sound, that provides added depth and presence.
Operating at 18 volts, the AG Preamp pedal provides generous headroom and also offers essential connectivity options such as a built-in headphone output and auxiliary input, enabling silent practising and jamming as well as a DI output with pre/post and ground lift controls, making it an ideal solution for live performances and studio or at-home recording sessions.
This is a great addition to the Aguilar stable of pedals and a great solution for bass players and we can see this pedal adorning many pedal boards in years to come.
