NAMM 2024: Blackstar Update Its Popular ID: Core Guitar Amp Range to V4

When we caught up with Paul Heyhoe last year he gave us the rundown on all things Blackstar, and he did quietly mention that there will be a new range of amps coming… Well, there are and just in time for Namm 2024, the new ID: Core V4 guitar amplifier range.

These amps are perfect for those just starting out or for those more experienced players looking for a high-quality practice and home studio recording amp. The new ID: CORE V4 range features immersive Super Wide Stereo sound, CabRig™ Lite, Blackstar’s patented ISF tone control and USB-C connectivity, plus for the first time, power reduction down to 1W allowing you to play at lower volumes without sacrificing tonal quality.

There are 3 new amps in the range, ID: CORE V4 10 Watt, ID: CORE V4 20 Watt and the ID: CORE V4 40 Watt.

The ID: CORE V4 range was developed by the same R&D team that makes Blackstar’s valve amps such as the St. James and HT Venue MK II. with a design philosophy that has always been to deliver the ultimate playing experience for guitarists.
