Kirk Hammett LTD KH Demonology Heading Downunder

Coming soon to Australia is the latest Kirk Hammett LTD Signature Series guitar: the KH Demonology. As ESP/LTD say themselves:

“Over its black finish are a number of sigils, which are ancient symbols reputed to be imbued with magical power that allows the owner to summon demonic entities.”

We’re guessing that it probably won’t actually summon demonic entities, but it will probably inspire you to summon some truly demonic riffs and solos.

The KH Demonology features a neck-through-body design at 25.5″ scale. The contoured body is made from alder whilst the extra-thin three-piece maple neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets inlaid with Kirk Hammett’s skull-and-crossbones motif.

The neck has an active EMG 60 pickup whilst the bridge plays host to an active EMG 80 pickup for instant access to a wide range of tones with the flick of a toggle switch. Each pickup has its own volume control. Furthermore the KH Demonology includes a Floyd Rose tremolo and a special Tombstone design case.
