Modal Electronics Release Updated SKULPT SE Synth

Modal Electronics have announced SKULPT SE, an updated version of their compact 4-voice virtual analogue polysynth featuring a redesigned, easier to read front panel, improved build quality and 127 brand new presets. Plus it comes at an attractive new lower price. So more, for less.

Just like the original, SKULPT SE features 8 oscillators per voice divided into two WAVE groups with morphable waveforms, morphable 2-pole filter, 2 LFOs, 3 envelopes as well as distortion and delay effects, in a light-weight bus or battery-powered desktop form factor.

It also retains the original’s polychain ability for connecting up to 4 units, made all the more attractive by the new lower price point. 16 voices and 128 oscillators has never been more affordable!

SKULPT SE is expected to arrive in Australia in late May and you can expect to pay $299 AUD ($199 USD MAP).
