Announced at Messe last spring, Studiologic’s new 9-fader MIDI and DAW controller SL Mixface is making its debut at NAMM 2019.

This is a complete MIDI and DAW Controller device is certainly a uniquely versatile tool that is fully programmable for software and hardware instruments and has definably been designed with the user in mind. The unit can be battery powered or bus-powered via USB and is able to HOST any compatible keyboard to transform it into a full 4 Zones MIDI controller with its connectivity ports enable it to communicate with the computer and other devices by using Bluetooth and USB simultaneously.

The control surface of the SL MIXFACE features nine faders, eight tracks and one master, with dedicated, per-track knobs and buttons. The usability of the controller is further enhanced by the DAW/CTRL button, which allows users to seamlessly switch the control from the DAW environment to their instrument and vice versa, all reflected on the onboard OLED screen. TRANSPORT functions are always ready to go, while users can edit any sound parameter of the instrument or mix the tracks of their song.

Studiologic SL MIXFACE to Be Unveiled at NAMM 2019The SL MIXFACE can magnetically attach to the surface of the SL Controller line, or another system, creating a natural physical control extension. Once the MIXFACE is plugged into an SL keyboard it automatically takes control of all four layers instantaneously.
