my S1 didn't work on delivery. It won't connect to the decontrol software. After an hour with an Avid tech mirroring my computer he gave up and said it was a bug in the eucontrol software. Been waiting for an update for 36 hours...... Anyone else having trouble getting the S1 to work? I'm running PT 2018 on a macpro running high sierra......
